It has been well over a year since I've made a post like this so figured it was time considering I am now living in another state!

​HOW IS LIFE RIGHT NOW?

It has been a year since I packed my bags and said "see ya later" to the California coast to start a new chapter by the Colorado rockies. I have to admit that moving right before a global pandemic was not a breeze (and some may say horrible timing) but I did it and it forced me to adapt to the ever-changing industry. Side note: lots of solo drives + iced coffee + loud music were needed to get through it though...LOL

I still decided that I 100% wanted to lead my bridal beauty team to focus on California, Colorado and Destination weddings. With weddings being rescheduled left & right and travel restrictions increasing, I knew that timing was not in my favor once again, yikes! However, I know things like this are temporary and 2021 is already looking really good for my team and me!

​MY HAPPY PLACE

Whether I am doing a coastal wedding in California, a mountain wedding in Colorado or an adventure/destination wedding in Yosemite...

...my happy place is forever in front of a chair. Not on a normal day but a special day in someone's life knowing that I am part of a potential proposal, an awaited engagement, someones's dream wedding, a maternity shoot for someone who may have thought they could never be a mother, a business's first photo shoot for an e-comm brand, etc.

​I can truly say that serving others in this way, brings my heart complete happiness!

​FUN FACTS ABOUT YOUR MAKEUP ARTIST AMIGA:

• SOLO ADVENTURES | Not only do I enjoy solitude, I find it absolutely necessary for my soul. As creators, we give so much all of the time, especially on wedding days. So typically the day after working weddings, I find myself taking solo day trips to quiet places...even if it's just catching the sunset in silence.
• ICED COFFEE | Look...I didn't choose the iced coffee life, the iced coffee life chose me! My favorite Starbucks drink is an Iced Espresso (triple shot of blonde) over ice with a plash of half & half!
• COLD WEATHER + MOUNTAINS | Yes, this Southern California girl grew up in the wrong climate! lol I love the cold weather, snow and mountain life. my goal this year is to attempt to learn how to snowboard (post-pandemic activities).
