 Wow, this is really exciting! You found your soulmate and now it's time to plan right?! Kinda, but first can we take a seat, sip our coffee and chillax for a second? I am ALL ABOUT PLANNING but I think it's so important to savor life moments. Take a peek into my tips on what to do next - skincare included oh yes! Enjoy the Moment!It's so easy to start going 100mph and start planning. Take some time to enjoy the fact that you just got engaged, this is EXCITING! This stress-free time can lead to more intentional conversations about your day which can actually help you narrow down what is and is not important for your wedding day! Mark Cuban once said, "You don't become a smart investor when you win the lottery" when asked to give advice to lottery winners. The same applies to this time in your life. Becoming engaged doesn't automatically make you an expert in wedding planning, etc. Choose to enjoy the moment, THEN hire the experts to help you so you don't have to stress. We will be there to help you along the way.  Rest well and take care of yourself...yes, really!Sleep deprivation and dehydration can lead to dull looking skin, under-eye pigmentation and inflammation. Some can be concealed on wedding day but what happens when you're on your honeymoon and you don't have a personal makeup artist or maybe you don't want to wear makeup while out by the pool? Taking care of your skin and health will help you beyond the wedding day. Aim for 8 hours of sleep and lots of water...do yourself a favor and buy a HydroFlask then set goals of how many refills you have to drink before the day ends. Perhaps it can be a friendly competition between you and your fiance. You're welcome in advance for glowing skin on your wedding day!  Prep Your Skin!At home skincare is so accessible with quality skincare on the shelves now! I recommend adding a chemical exfoliation 2-3 times a week and adding a hyaluronic serum every night for plump and hydrated skin. Take it one step further with booking monthly facials starting now up until the big day if you can but at minimum three months prior. Have your bridal party be there for you as accountability partners to stay on track. It's a win-win because everyone's skincare game will be on point. Healthier skin will elevate your wedding day makeup look!  Choose Your Beauty Team!You can DIY (but who wants to work on their wedding day #justsayin') or you can choose to pamper yourself and your girls with on-location beauty services. Wake up, drink your coffee and have beauty pros show up and take care of the rest! The best pros get booked up early so I recommend booking about 9 months out.
