So last week, I woke up with hive-like symptoms on my neck and the next day also on my forehead. This could have been caused by several things: being out in the sun, food allergy, etc. I haven't been able to pin-point exactly what happened but I needed to get this under control! To calm irritation on the face*:
First Step: Cleanse

You'll want to wash your hands and make sure they're clean. Then poor a small amount of cleanser in your hand and lather on face with luke warm water for a few minutes. Then pat-dry.
Second Step: Tone
Poor toner into a cotton pad and tone entire face.
Third Step: Soothing Mask
MIZON Sooth Sensitive Skin Mask
Leave the mask on face for 10-20 minutes then remove and gently pat the remaining product on face.
Final Step: Coconut Oil
Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Apply the coconut oil on the entire face. This particular oil helps to neutralize inflammation.
