THE BREEZY BLOG
Fresh skin is what Spring time is all about...I want my skin looking radiant in the most natural way possible. I try to change my skincare routine to adjust to the weather. At the same time, I want to change my typical everyday look of matte skin, dark lips, etc in exchange for luminous skin, peachy/coral tones and light-colored lips. To get the look below, just keep scrolling. Enjoy! Step 1. Skin PrepTo prep her skin for this fresh, spring look...I started with Neutrogena Hydra Boost then topped with Embryolisse Hydra-Masque and MAC Mineralize Charged Water eye cream. I then added MAC Strobe Liquid (it is discontinued but I linked the Strobe Cream which is very similar) to the highest points of her face for an inner glow. Step 2. Brows & Eyes
To keep this look light, we went with Demi-Wispies from Naimie's Beauty Center. Step 3. FaceMy model had some pretty great skin to begin with so we just did some color correcting with L.A. Girl PROconceal and topped with MAC Pro Longwear Concealer. For the rest of the face, I went with Tarte BB Tinted Primer mixed with MAC Pro Longwear Nourishing Waterproof Foundation. I then set the under-eye area with the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder mixed with Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder. The rest of the face was set with my favorite, MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural. Bronzed face with same powder, just darker shade. Step 4. Lips & SetI then lined her lips with MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in Nice 'N' Spicy then filled in with MAC Kinda Sexy Lipstick (middle shade on bottom row). I then set her entire face with this MAC Fix+ in Lavender scent. I think this was limited edition so I went ahead and linked the original which has a fresh scent as well. THE FINAL LOOKHope you enjoyed this makeup look...recreate your own and tag me!
